- The club uses a subscription system, not pay-per-attendance for training sessions.
- Missed sessions initiated by the student (illness, lack of motivation, personal circumstances) are not grounds for price recalculation. This is a standard condition for groups with limited participant capacity.
- Make-up sessions are possible only if there are free spots in other groups and do not imply a refund or deduction if make-up options are unsuitable or unused.
- The subscription fee is fixed. Session cancellations initiated by the club guarantee compensation to students in the form of a make-up session.
- The format and terms are the same for all participants and are not reviewed individually.
- Only students who have fully paid for the subscription are allowed to attend sessions. The subscription is valid for one month from the first day of the month, with no freeze option. In case of contract termination at the client's initiative, the advance payment for services is non-refundable and retained as a penalty for early termination. No recalculation of payment is made for missed group sessions regardless of the reason for absence.
- The club is not responsible for health damage, property damage, or loss of belongings during training sessions.
Individual Sessions
Cancellation of individual sessions on the day of training is non-refundable. Individual sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Make-up is possible within the calendar month, subject to coordination with court administration and court availability. If the offered time is not suitable, the paid session is non-refundable.
